It was 09/09/09 when we had the senior most member of our team join us. An otherwise young team(average age of about 27) was going to be headed by L.S.Prabhakar who was 58. With the grey hair he carried loads of experience, compassion for every member of the team and an uncanny ability to see light in the darkest situation and thus an ability to motivate anyone. It did not take us long to realize that he was physically stronger than most people his age and a lot of people half his age. He would constantly bring in loads of energy and punp the level of enthusiasm of every person around him.
An innovator, a go-getter, a boundless source of inspiration he has brought about dramatic changes in the way our organization functions. He has played a formidable role in showcasing the expertise of the organization to the outside world and in builing a strong team that works relentlessly to offer the best to the client at all times.
Sir, we thank you for all that you have done and look forward to moving rapidly ahead under your guidance.
